Location

The subdivision is located just minutes south of the city of Appleton, WI.  Lake Park Villas  is located on the west side of Lake Park Road, just north of HWY 10/114.

The community is adjacent to two existing subdivisions. North of Lake Park Villas is The Cottages at Lake Park free-standing condo community, located on Villa Way. West of the neighborhood is The Ponds of Menasha, a single-family residential subdivision.

Roads within Lake Park Villas include: Whisper Falls Lane, Georgetown Place, Fountain Way, Kelsey Brook Court, Clover Court, Eden Court, and Whisper Falls Court.

  • 7/12 or great roof pitch
  • 2x6 exterior wall construction
