It’s that time of year again when the Valley Home Builders Association holds its Winter Parade of Homes. This year’s parade will feature 43 different homes; two of which are built by Cypress Homes.  Thirty-five are new construction homes, four are new construction condos, and four will be remodeling projects.

The parade is a great opportunity for present and future home buyers to walk through and get ideas for their new home. The parade is not only a great event for the public, but it’s also an excellent way for builders and suppliers to show off their latest products, plans and ideas.

The 43 homes in this years winter parade are spread out all over the greater Fox Cities area. Below is a list of the areas as well as how many homes will be shown in each area:

• Kaukauna (2)

This year there are 19 spec homes and 24 contract homes with sizes ranging from 1,541 sqft to 7,634 sqft. There will be a mixture of home plans showcased with eight homes being 1-5 story, five 2-story and twenty-six ranch homes. With such a variety of homes in this year’s parade at least one will almost certainly catch your eye!

Discounted tickets for the event will become available February 10-14 at a lower cost ($8/adult) at various locations. If you choose to purchase a ticket during the event they will be available at any of the 43 featured homes for $10/adult and $5/child (ages 5-17).
