Cypress Homes is happy to be a part of one of the more popular subdivisions in the Village of Fox Crossing. This development offers an ideal blend of rural and thriving community with great access to many local hotspots.

Winding Creek Estates is a subdivision currently in its 4th phase. The previous 3 phases are nearly sold out and the current phase is filling up quickly. You can always Contact us for an updated list of all the available lots.

Phase 4 will access from two points, Louie Lane (via Mimosa) and Softwind Road continuing along the back. Caroline Court will form a cul-de-sac off of Louie Lane. The lots come in varying sizes and shapes, including many that back up to a tree line. Furthermore, the entire subdivision is laid out well to minimize traffic and provide some privacy.

Most of the lots are sized appropriately for residential homes at about 0.3 acres, but some of the lots are larger. Pricing falls between $59,900 and $74,900 for the remaining available lots. The subdivision is complete with sewer, water, the first layer of streets, curb and gutter included. In addition, gas, electric, phone, cable, and fiber optics are all available utilities.
