The VHBA 2013 Winter Parade of Homes is one month away! The event, which spans across two weekends in February, will feature 41 new homes located in the Fox Valley. There will be 13 spec homes and 28 contract homes.

The Winter Parade of Homes will take place Feb. 16-17 and 21-24. Weekend times are 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., and weekday times are 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Between Feb. 11-15, you can purchase discounted tickets for $8 at the following locations:

• VHBA Member Center – 920 W. Association Dr., Appleton
• Abel Insurance & Assoc. – One Bank Ave., Kaukauna
• Johnson Bank – 222 W. College Ave., Appleton
• Midwest Design Homes – N2335 W. Frontage Rd., Kaukauna
• Wisconsin Building Supply – 222 N. Lilas Dr., Appleton

Tickets will also be sold Feb. 16-24 at all the homes in the Parade. Prices are $10 for adults, $5 for children. Tickets cover an event guidebook with information on the homes, floor plans, maps, and more.

The Parade of Homes is not only a great opportunity to look at homes to buy, but it’s also the perfect opportunity to get ideas on new and upcoming design features in homes. Cypress Homes will proudly feature two homes in the Winter Parade, a ranch and a 1.5 story.
