This year’s VHBA Parade of Homes & Condos will be one the best years yet! The parade will feature two of Cypress Homes, Inc. new homes! The parade is a great time to get out and view an abundance of NEW homes, new building trends, and custom home builders to get your building ideas rolling. There are plenty of opportunities to get out and view the homes on the parade schedule with the homes on the parade being open for six days!
The parade runs on July 11th and 12th for the first weekend and July 16th-19th on the second week. Homes will be open from 11am-5pm on the weekends and 5pm-8pm on weekdays. This gives you plenty of opportunities to make your way to all the new homes and new home builders featured in this year’s VHBA Parade of Homes & Condos! Discounted tickets go on sale August 6th-10th at the following locations:
VHBA Member Center, 920 W. Association Dr., Appleton
Johnson Bank, 222 W. College Ave., Appleton
Wisconsin Building Supply, 222 N. Lilas Dr., Appleton
Cypress Homes, 1500 W. College Ave., Appleton.
Be sure to stop by one of the following locations before the event in order to get the discounted price of only $8 per person! Tickets will be available for purchase at the participating homes the days of the parade for $10/adult and $5/child. This year will feature over 20 different builders and over 30 homes for you to view.
This is a big event for all of us here at Cypress Homes, Inc and we look forward to being able to show you two of our high quality homes in this year’s parade. We would just like to share with you the qualifications that it takes to be considered in the VHBA parade of homes: The participant must be a VHBA Builder member (having completed a prescribed educational course and a current holder of the Dwelling Contractor and Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Credentials through the State of WI), the participant must have been a VHBA member in good standing for at least 13 consecutive months prior to the month of the event, the participant must have been the sole general contractor of the home from the time of commencement of construction, the participant’s membership dues must be paid in full through, at least, the dates of the event, and the participant cannot have any outstanding debts to VHBA, homes in the event must have never been occupied prior to and through the dates of the event.
This year will be a great year for the VHBA parade of homes and we look forward to seeing everyone at our homes this year.
