It’s that time of year again, when the Valley Home Builders Association holds the Summer Parade of Homes. This year there will be 40 brand new homes to tour, one of which is built by Cypress Homes. Whether you are looking to build in the near future or not, this event is a great place to gather ideas for your own home. The parade offers a chance for builders and suppliers to showcase their new products and concepts.

The Summer Parade of Homes will take place August 17-18 and August 22-25. For a more detailed schedule of event dates and times please go to VHBA.com. Although the homes addresses and descriptions have yet to be posted, they will surely not disappoint. Many of the Fox Valley’s premier builders are participants in this year’s parade! Addresses and more of the homes details will be available on August 12.
The 40 homes in this years parade are spread all around the greater Fox Cities area. Here is a list of the areas as well as how many homes will be shown in each area:
2013 VHBA Winter Parade Home
This year there are 15 spec homes and 25 contract homes with sizes ranging from 1,455 sqft to 5,952 sqft. With such a variety of homes in this year’s parade at least one will almost certainly catch your eye!
Starting August 12th tickets for the event can be pre-purchased at a lower cost ($8/adult) at various locations, including Cypress Homes. If you choose to purchase a ticket during the event they will be available at any of the 40 featured homes for $10/adult and $5/child (ages 5-17).
