Every week we post polls to our Facebook page where our followers can vote on their favorite photo of the room, feature, detail, etc. that they like best. In order to vote on these polls, followers must “like” the photo they favor out of the three choices given. Each “like” is equal to one vote. Throughout the month of November, our followers voted on their favorite: kitchen, great room, fireplace, powder room, mudroom, dining area, catch-all and master bedroom.

With that being said…

The votes are in, we counted up the results and now we’re sharing our November 2017 poll results.

Kitchen: Avalon

This Avalon kitchen beat out the rest winning with 73{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes. Something that stands out about this kitchen is the cool lighting fixtures. They’re super unique and modern and fits in perfectly with this gorgeous kitchen. Some great features in this kitchen include; A large island, granite counter tops, storage for wine bottles, a wine refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, and white custom shaker cabinets. The island color contrasts well with the rest of the white features throughout the kitchen and breaks up the color and invites some new color to this wonderful kitchen.

Great Room: Magnolia

This Magnolia great room has been a popular one when it comes to Facebook Polls. It won September’s poll as well, and won this with 59{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes this month. This great room gives off a light and airy feel because of the multiple windows and light paint color and white shiplap on the walls. The built in book cases and drawers around the stone fireplace give this room a +1 for storage space! The many features presented in this great room could make anyone want to hang around this space. The Magnolia has an open-concept floor plan, so this room is connected to the dining and kitchen areas. If you plan on building a home with Cypress Homes and you LOVE to entertain, the Magnolia would be absolutely perfect for you!

Fireplace: Amberwood

This Amberwood fireplace won with 57{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes. It has a bright white mantle with a nice cultured stone surround. Above the fireplace, you’ll see the shiplap accent which adds texture and a modern farmhouse feel to this space.  It is complete with a beige colored hearth stone. Perfect for chilly days, this fireplace is sure to keep this great room warm and cozy.

Powder Room: amberwood

The white used in this powder room makes the room feel fresh and clean, perfect for a bathroom! The 2/3’s white shiplap and dark navy blue on top creates a nice color block feel and contrast.  It has a furniture cabinet piece with storage for a vanity-like feel and cool crystal-like knobs. On top sits a beautiful light colored granite counter top in which the specks match the frame of the mirror and the faucet.

Mudroom: belleview

Mudrooms are fantastic for when you’re coming to and leaving from home. Something that stands out with this mudroom is the background of the lockers. The design is super cool and non-traditional. It looks like distressed painted wood and the colors used to complete this look, look great! The cubbies over head create a some extra storage space for things like hats, scarves, mittens and gloves. There’s even space below to store your shoes underneath. The dark wood bench creates a contrast of color as the white surrounds this neat locker system.  This mudroom won with 59{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes.

Dining area: magnolia

If you look closely, you can see our great room winner in this photo! This dining area won with 65{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes. It has a lot of natural lighting coming from the windows in the great room and the sliding doors that go out to the side porch. This room is open to both the great room and the kitchen, which makes this space perfect for entertaining! Not to mention, the light fixture over the dining table is fabulous!

catch-all: edgewood

Catch-alls are a great addition to any home. It’s a place you can store odds and ends close to the entrance of the home. It’s also the perfect place to set up a calendar or any notes that need to be communicated throughout the home. This catch-all has white cabinets with dark handles and a sweet granite counter top. This catch-all won with 86{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes. Catch-alls are so convenient, every household should have one!

Master bedroom: Westridge

This fabulous master bedroom won with 50{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes. It has a cool color scheme and lots of natural light that comes through those great windows. This bedroom has three slider windows side by side which gives the allusion of one, great big window. It allows for the perfect amount of lighting to come in during the day – illuminating the features of this wonderful bedroom. The colors of this bedroom are separated by a chair rail and creates a beautiful contrast. Attached to this bedroom is a master suite complete with a walk-in closet!
