Let the Halloween festivities begin! With Halloween just around the corner there are plenty of events going on in the area! One event that is coming up in just a few short days is Menasha’s Annual Pumpkin Hunt held by the Menasha Parks and Recreation Department. The Pumpkin Hunt will take place on Tuesday, October 22nd, at Clovis Grove Park in Menasha. The event is free admission for all ages and pre-registration is not required.
Children of all ages can participate, there will be three different age groups. The hunt will begin at 6pm for children 4 and under, at 6:15pm children ages 5-7 will begin and at 6:30pm ages 8 and older will start. Small reflective stickers hidden will be hidden throughout the park and children will get to search for as many as they can find. They can then trade them in for candy and other special prizes! Children are encouraged to show off their Halloween spirit and dress in their costume, but it is not required. Also, with it getting darker earlier it would be beneficial to bring a flashlight.
This is a great way to get your kids out of the house and enjoying the beautiful fall weather.
