At minimum, this kitchen would make anyone at least feel like a master chef. The island provides ample space for  a snack bar and preparation, while the appliances add clean and robust visual lines.   Patterned backsplash tile, a white range-hood to match the cabinets, and transom windows above the entryways trimmed out the space well.   Add in a pot filler above the range for added functionality along with loads of other features, and one can clearly envision themselves here.  

bathrooms

Cleverly used coordinating tiles could describe the bathrooms of this build, where in the master suite a stone-tiled   floor made this shower space feel like a hidden retreat.  Large hexagonal tile in the master matched well with the black hardware used throughout. The beautifully stained cabinet highlighted a breathtaking  vanity space, complete with matching mirrors and coordinating vanity tops. The powder room floor repeated this hexagonal trend, but on a smaller scale with small white hex tiles that not only matched the clean and white shiplap-lined walls, but also contrasted the classic polka dot design on the opposite wall. 

External details

Masonry piers with stone matched from the entire front of the home anchored the natural wood posts  well. The front door also had a transom window that not only matched the other transoms used throughout the home, but invited considerable natural light to the foyer of this build.  Finishing off the exterior were decorative gable fixtures and vertical siding that added the touch of character these homeowners were looking for.

When the homeowner ever leaves that dream kitchen, we have a feeling they might end up in their custom lower level area.  This custom bar area they designed in their basement, along with a raised platform  for seating and watching television will surely be an incredible space for years to come.

Also included in this build was a tasteful use of clean-white shiplap on the ceiling, a touch of modern light fixtures around the home, and some highly personalized cabinet pulls. Cypress Homes loves nothing more than seeing homeowners create spaces designed uniquely and functionally for them. Homes are meant to be one of a kind, and this home was certainly no exception to that.
