New Development near Appleton
Kimberly Heights has been a huge favorite for Cypress Homes customers over the past couple years. We've built and sold many homes in the subdivision. It has filled up quickly but the subdivision continues to grow as new phases are being developed.
Most of the lots in the first three phases of Kimberly Heights are rectangular lots between 13,000 and 20,000 square feet (0.30 to 0.46 acres). The fourth phase is currently being developed and includes a wider range of sizes and layouts. Lot prices fall between $53,900 and $68,900.
Many lots back up to open fields, however future development could extend into these areas. The subdivision provides all necessary utilities and amenities like gas, electric, sewer, water, and cable. One of the biggest draws of this area is that it is located within the popular Kimberly School District.
LOCATION: Village of Harrison
Kimberly Heights is located in the East Appleton / Darboy area off of County Rd N, between College Ave and Hwy 10. This location provides quick and easy access to Hwy 441.
As mentioned earlier, this subdivision falls in the desirable Kimberly Area School District. In addition, the Village of Harrison provides amenities like parks, recreation, and the shores of Lake Winnebago. The area has reasonable tax rates and is situated on the north side of Calumet County. Some local amenities and attractions are:
- St. Elizabeth Hospital
- High Cliff State Park
- Paperfest
- Mile of Music Festival
- Downtown Appleton
Street names within this neighborhood and surrounding areas are:
- Jones Way
- Rosella Drive
- Mulholland Lane
- Varsity Lane
- Hoelzel Way
- Dusty Drive
- Touchdown Drive
- Schreiber Lane
- North of Midway Road
- County Highway N
Cypress Homes in the Kimberly Heights Subdivision
Cypress Homes is recently finished building our Magnolia model in this subdivision (shown first). We also recently sold our Brookridge model (shown second). We have plans to build additional spec homes and are working with several customers to build custom homes.
