We selected Cypress after meeting with three other contractors. We chose your team because we felt we could trust you and we liked the build process that was described in our early meetings. Most importantly, we liked the way that questions were asked to gain an understanding of the quality of finishes BEFORE giving us a price. When we met with other builders, it was more of an allowance method which has the tendency to lead to overruns. We’ve build two other houses over the years and truly liked this process the best.

Shannon was always responsive to our requests and Taya helped us to not only make design mistakes! We had a lot of design questions… Through it all, Taya was patient and made some great suggestions. It was good to be able to have a few meetings early on in the build to select the finishes. We picked everything in the beginning and got to sit back and watch it all come together.
