Great Room Winner – Amberwood

This Amberwood great room won our first Facebook poll of the month, gaining 60{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes!

Two words are repeatedly used to describe this great room, cozy and bright. The room is laid out well for multiple furniture arrangements.  Tall windows and white trim help to give this space an open and light feeling. The room also features a RealStone tile and a painted wood surround.

Backsplash Winner- Amberwood

This tile backsplash won the poll taking home a whopping 78{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes!

Tile backsplashes are becoming one of the most popular ways to accent walls, especially in kitchens. This herringbone style arrangement makes this a great conversation piece!

Laundry Room Winner – Amberwood

This Amberwood laundry room got the W with 71{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes.

Pops of color is the standout feature of this space. A modern and spacious laundry room will make you the envy of your friends. Open shelving for laundry baskets makes so much sense!

Chandelier Winner- Amberwood

Once again an Amberwood home won this poll garnering 55{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes.

Chandeliers not only provide lighting but are also a statement piece in a room. This chandelier is unique and sophisticated. Glass and crystal lighting has become a popular trend over the last 2 years.

Kitchen Winner- Carabelle

This was our closest race so far and also the poll that received the most total votes! Finally an Amberwood didn’t take first place (maybe because it wasn’t even a poll option haha).

This Carabelle kitchen is modern and luxurious including stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a large backsplash!

Tile Shower Winner – Amberwood

An Amberwood came back and won the poll again taking 77{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes. Not surprise considering this photo has the most likes and ideabook posts on Houzz.com!

A tile shower is one of the most popular upgrades in new homes. This shower features a corner bench, tile floor, arched ceilings, built in shelving and a clear glass door.

Mudroom/Lockers- Tamarack

This Tamarack model walked away with the the win in a landslide, a whopping 91{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes!

Mudrooms are becoming an essential space in new homes. It gives you an area remove jackets, shoes and more before going into the rest of the home. Locker systems, like the one pictured, are a great way to create a beautiful and functional space.

Ceiling Winner- Avalon

The last June Facebook poll was ceiling styles and our cathedral ceiling in the Avalon model won with 75{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the vote.

This ceiling style oozes character, giving you dimension and extra height.  The taller peak allows for a high window and beautiful chandelier for style.
