We recently created a brand new free-standing condo floor plan based on the feedback we have been receiving from our current and potential condo residents.  This new plan, called the Juneberry, offers a very open concept through the kitchen, dining, and great room areas while keeping many of the layout features people love about our other plans.  The Juneberry offers a split 2 bedroom design with a private master suite located behind the garage and the kitchen includes a large island with ample seating.

Another design aspect we kept in mind was the total width of the plan.  We specifically designed the plan to be narrow enough to fit within the limits of our North Appleton condo community, Meridian Condos.  At 1,541 sqft the overall size of the plan allows the Juneberry to easily fit into our Menasha condo community, The Cottages at Lake Park.  This is the first real crossover design we have for the two communities and we expect it to be very well received.
