Hemlock South: New Subdivision in the Green Bay Area

Cypress Homes is proud to be a part of one of the newer developments in the Green Bay area. Hemlock South is a new subdivision in the Town of Lawrence that offers a variety of lot sizes and layouts. Some lots provide mature trees with a ravine in the back, some have a pond view, and some are extra deep for added privacy.

Lot sizes range from 0.29 acres to 1.03 acres. The prices for the remaining available lots fall between $65,000 and $85,000. Other amenities include concrete streets and access to all necessary utilities (gas, electric, sewer, and water)

LOCATION: TOWN OF LAWRENCE

The subdivision is located in the West De Pere School District, just 1 mile west of HWY 41 on Scheuring Rd. This convenient location provides quick and easy access to anywhere in the Green Bay area and is less than 30 minutes to Appleton. Within a half hour, you can get to popular attractions such as Bay Beach Amusement Park, Downtown Green Bay and Appleton, Oneida Casino, Austin Straubel International Airport, Lambeau Field, and much more.

With street names like Seeker Ln, Wizard Way, Raven Claw Ct, Dragon Ct, Rowling Road, Potter Drive, and Dobby Street, you might be able to guess where the Developer's inspiration came from. This subdivision is often referred to as the "Harry Potter Subdivision."

Restrictive covenants on the subdivision require all homes to be built for single-family residential purposes. These covenants ensure a certain level of quality and attractiveness throughout the neighborhood. There are specifications regarding things like home sizes, fences, landscaping, and more.
