Cypress Homes is proud to be a part of one of the newer developments in the Green Bay area. The 5th addition to Hemlock Creek is a new subdivision in the Town of Lawrence that offers a variety of lot sizes and layouts. It nicely connects the first phases of Hemlock Creek and Hemlock South, has a great cul-de-sac with Hedwig Court, and will serve as a great addition to this popular subdivision in Brown County.
Available lot sizes range from 0.28 acres to .67 acres. The prices for the remaining available lots fall between $59,900 and $89,000, with other amenities include concrete streets and access to all necessary utilities (gas, electric, sewer, and water). We can always help you to acquire any of the available lots as you look towards building a home with Cypress Homes.
Location : Town of Lawrence & village of hobart
The subdivision is located in the West De Pere School District, approximately 1 mile west of HWY 41 on Scheuring Rd. This phase of the subdivision is split between the Town of Lawrence and Village of Hobart. It's hard not to like the location of this area. Its convenient location provides quick and easy access to anywhere in the Green Bay area and is less than 30 minutes to Appleton. Within a half hour, you can get to popular attractions such as Bay Beach Amusement Park, Downtown Green Bay and Appleton, Oneida Casino, Austin Straubel International Airport, Lambeau Field and surrounding area, and even back to the majority of the Fox Cities.
With street names like Hedwig Court, and Rowling Road and tying back into other phases via Gringotts Way and Potter Drive, anyone can see where the developer's inspiration came from. This subdivision is often referred to as the "Harry Potter Subdivision." Other nearby and connecting roads to this area include Scheuring Drive, Williams Grant Drive, Packerland Drive, Nathan Drive, Freedom Road, Lawrence Dr, County Line Road and Little Rapids Road.
Looking to build in green Bay or brown county?
Cypress Homes has access to more lots in the Hemlock South subdivision, including one in another newer phase on Riddle Court, and a few other areas throughout Green Bay. This includes a new very exciting development in the Ledgeview area, Stone Fence Preserve.
