Tucked away in a beautiful oasis surrounded by trees and wildlife sits our very first Forestbrook Condominium! 1102 S Forestbrook Lane in Grand Chute, Wisconsin is a beautiful open-concept two bedroom, two bathroom condominium that is based off our Westridge design plan. It’s conveniently located right in town just minutes from your favorite amenities, which makes it the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation because of the privatized area. Oh, and it’s for sale! Just in case this condo isn’t your cup of tea, there are also more lots for sale where you can customize a brand new home to your liking. You can check out the lots for sale by clicking here! If we had to use two words to describe this condo community it would be: peace and tranquility. Now let’s take a look into 1102 S Forestbrook Lane:
The exterior of this home exudes a warm welcome through its dark brown siding and warm colored cultured stone.
Shall we take a look inside?
As you walk through the garage entrance, you’ll see the catch-all and mudroom lockers right away! Mudroom lockers are definitely a must-have in new homes because with a designated area for outerwear close to where you exit and enter the home, it makes coming and going quick and much easier. Lockers are also much more sturdy than just a regular old coat hanger. A catch-all is great for storing odds and ends (like keys) which is another great modern convenience in this awesome condo!
As you continue walking forward, you’ll see the first floor laundry room on your left side. You won’t have to walk down any stairs to get your clothes clean! This laundry room also has a hanging bar which is perfect for drying your clothes that cannot be put in the dryer, or you can simply choose to hang your dry clothes before putting them into your closet. The washer and dryer will also be elevated off the floor for easy reaching access!
Keep walking and you’ll be greeted by this awesome kitchen! It features custom wood shaker cabinets with under-cabinet lighting, a sweet backsplash, unique lighting fixtures above the island and beautiful granite counter tops. You’re sure to enjoy preparing and cooking meals in this wonderful kitchen.
Glance to your right and you’ll see the great room! It features a nice stone fireplace to keep you warm in the cold Midwest winter months. It also has a great window view of the wooded, green oasis. As you can see, there is a deck attached, which we’ll get to momentarily.
Here’s another look of the great room, glorious isn’t it? This home has a perfect open-concept plan that makes it easy for entertaining guests.
It also makes moving around the home entirely manageable.
If you look closely, you can see the dining area and sunroom!
Here’s a closer look into the dining area
Did you think we were going to forget to show you this absolutely stunning sunroom? Think again!
Look at those trees in the windows, marvelous!
Now, go back through the great room and you’ll see a hallway and some doors. This is where both bedrooms are located.
On the left is the main bathroom, on the right is bedroom #2
Ah, the master bedroom! Don’t you just love the color scheme and the windows in this room?
Below, you’ll see the master suite compete with a walk-in closet!
And last, but not least, the deck with a wonderful view!
Just off the sunroom you have this nice, relaxing deck where you can experience the nature surrounding you.
Just put out some relaxing patio furniture out here and you’re all set!
Just look at that view!
