Featured Subdivision in Appleton / darboy / menasha area
Creekside Estates is one of the newest subdivisions in the Village of Harrison. It features a total of 40 lots. Many of the lots have sold already so contact us for updated availability.
The lots range in size from 0.4 acres to more than 1 acre. There is a creek and a total of 3 ponds. Also a significant part of the area is wooded, so several of the lots come with privacy and great views.
The wide range of sizes and layouts also means there is a wide range of price points. Owners can expect to pay between $50,000 and $180,000 for the remaining lots; the majority of the remaining lots are priced around $60,000 to $65,000.
The entire subdivision benefits from municipal sewer and water. Other amenities include road, curb, gutter, gas, and electric.
