New Subdivision Development in the City of Neenah
Neenah's newest development is a small plat of land with several large, private lots. Cypress Homes currently has a few of the lots on the outer edge of Cardinal Circle, with access to more. Lots range from 0.29 to 0.73 acres, with prices starting out at $64,900 and topping off at $89,900. The outer lot lines are bordered with trees, giving plenty of privacy on top of already widespread lots. Noise pollution should never be an issue, as this tucked away subdivision has very little outside traffic. Check out the awesome progress of some of our current builds in this video below.
LOCATION: City of Neenah
This subdivision is located in the City of Neenah, near the quiet and family-oriented Nature Trails subdivision. Cardinal Plat is the northern extension of Lone Oak and the addition of Cardinal Circle. Homes built in this area are within the Neenah Joint School District, which offers great schools in convenient locations. Within a matter of a few minutes you can get to Interstate 41 or Highway 76, and is only a 20 minute drive to Appleton and Oshkosh. This location offers many high quality parks and trails, and plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, and recreation nearby.
Cardinal Plat is tucked off of the Nature Trails subdivision, which is connected to Breezewood Lane on the north side and County Highway G on the south side. Neenah has many great nearby amenities and attractions, such as:
- Memorial Park
- Farmer's Market
- Summer Concert Series in the Park
Cypress Homes in the Cardinal Plat subdivision
Cypress Homes is currently building a home in this subdivision, our Cottonwood model. This home will featured an impressive 2-story great room with a floor to ceiling fireplace and an open-concept kitchen and dining room. The back of the lot is tree-lined, giving ample privacy in addition to the large lot square footage. Cypress has 2 additional lots (Lots 4 & 7) in this subdivision, both with the great space and privacy.
Subdivision requirements
As with most new subdivisions, there are restrictive covenants put into place designed to preserve the overall quality of living for all Cardinal Plat residents. Such restrictions include square footage requirements, noise limitations, sidewalk provisions, and a few other common building requirements.
