Cypress Homes showcases past projects on the popular home ideas website, Houzz.com. We have compiled a list of our 10 most popular photos over the past 12 months. Combined, these photos have been seen on Houzz over 104,000 times & been saved to Ideabooks almost 2,000 times!

This list compares our Top 10 from 2015 to 2016. Many popular photos stayed in the same spot, some moved up, some moved down and a few are new to our list!

10. Powder Room- An Amberwood Model

This powder room is new to the Cypress Home top 10 Houzz list this year.

For making the top 10 Cypress Homes Houzz for the first time, 7,079 views is a great starting point for this powder room!

This powder room is from one of our past homes in the HBAFC Parade of Homes. The furniture piece with under-mount sink and granite counter give this powder room the perfect look.

 9. Exterior- A Custom Brookridge

This custom exterior is also new to our top 10 list this year.

This newly added top 10 photo was clicked on 202 times on Houzz and was viewed 7,464 times!

This custom Brookridge has a unique look with a concealed third stall garage. This gives the home more space and a different look than our usual Brookridge model.

8. Kitchen – A Custom Home

This custom kitchen jumped up two spots this year.

This kitchen jumping up two spots means that it received even more impressions and clicks this year! 7,470 views and 67 clicks are the total numbers for this photo.

This kitchen has an open-concept with white cabinets, granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. Large island with seating is featured in the center with a corner walk-in pantry to the side. This vinyl plank flooring shows a strong contrast against the island and cabinets.

7. Powder Room – An Amberwood Model

This powder room also moved up one spot!

This photo has been added to Ideabooks 145 times and has 7,330 views!

This powder room has a contemporary look with the granite counters & wall-mounted lighting around a framed mirror. The shaker style cabinet doors & wainscoting give the space a craftsman flair.

6. Fireplace & Great Room – A Custom Home

This spacious fireplace and great room with various windows moved up one spot this year.

This awesome photo has totaled 8,752 views, 69 clicks and 111 Ideabook saves!

This spacious great room features an abundance of large windows allowing for natural light to fill the space. Also displayed is a cultured stone gas fireplace with wood mantel.

5. Exterior – A Custom Home

Coming in at #5 is this custom 1 1/2 story exterior with a craftsman style.

The home’s exterior is the first thing you see & sets the tone for the rest of the design. This is a custom-designed home made with a combination of horizontal siding, shakes, cultured stone & tapered pillars.

4. Fireplace – A Custom Home

This custom fireplace was number four both this year and last.

This photo has 10,706 views on Houzz, has been clicked 48 times and has been added to Ideabooks 112 times!

A fireplace is often the focal point of the home. This gas fireplace is has a cultured stone surround with a custom built wood mantel. It also is designed for TV mounting with a chase for electronics wiring.

3. Kitchen – A Carabelle Model

Like the first two photos, this lovely Carabelle kitchen remained in its same spot.

This kitchen being in the top three Houzz photos in back to back years and has a high 11,801 impressions.

Granite counters & stainless steel appliances are home features that many people desire & this kitchen has both. It also includes a large island with available seating, lighted upper cabinets & a tile backsplash that follows the range hood to the ceiling.

2. Built-in Appliances & Corner Pantry – A Carabelle Model

Keeping the #2 spot again this year is this kitchen pantry and built-in appliances in our Carabelle plan.

This kitchen features plenty of storage with a large, walk-in corner pantry.  It also features a double oven look by placing the built-in microwave above the wall oven.

For the second year in a row, this beautiful tile shower was the most popular photo our our Houzz account.
