Every week we post polls to our Facebook page where our followers can vote on their favorite photo of the room, feature, detail, etc. that they like best. In order to vote on these polls, followers must “like” the photo they favor out of the three choices given. Each “like” is equal to one vote. Throughout the month of August, our followers voted on their favorite: Karalyn Master bathroom vanity, stairway, dining area, sunroom and mudroom lockers.

With that being said…

The votes are in, we counted up the results and now we’re sharing our August 2017 poll results.

 Karalyn Master Bathroom Vanity

Winning with 72{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes, this bathroom features mostly all white features from the cabinet to the drawers and the mirror trim! An all white bathroom gives it a very fresh and clean feel. The darker faucets and handles give the space a nice break up and contrast of color to the all white features. The walls are a very subtle, light blue which fits in well with the mostly white details in this master bathroom. This dual vanity is perfect because it allows more than one person to use the space all at once. The counter top looks great and really completes the look of this bathroom with the multi colored black and white detailing. If you’re into all white, this look is for you!

Stairway: Magnolia

This stairway won 84{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes! Perhaps it’s that awesome light feature at the top, or maybe it could be the winding staircase feature. Regardless, this stairway is absolutely beautiful. The mix of color with the dark brown handrail and the white balusters makes this railing a stand out feature and the carpet looks extra soft!

Dining area: Amberwood

This extravagant dining area took the majority of the votes and won 42{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes. This space has the option for a walkout patio or deck which would make this space perfect for grilling out and bringing it in. This dining area features a dark brown luxury vinyl plank flooring, soft gray walls and white trim making the contrast of colors pleasant. Gray walls have been the trending color for a while now with its calming effects that it has on us.

Sunroom: Westridge

This beautiful sunroom won with a whopping 88{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes! It’s not surprising that this sunroom won because of it’s awesome features like the neutral color on the walls, the eclectic light fixture and the gorgeous outdoor view. Lockers: Magnolia

This stunning locker space won with an entire 95{447216cae66a4d332ab0ac71eb11e27716218036a4f422ac40162b059a195e14} of the votes! This space has a lot of great things going on from the herringbone floor installation to the drawers underneath the bench and the cubbies overhead for extra added storage space for your belongings. This Locker space is perfect for storing outdoor wear like coats, hats, gloves, scarves and other outerwear! The bench is made from reclaimed wood that looks great among the white drawers and ship lap. This locker system comes from one of our more current parade homes.
