Our team has been working hard the past year on Auburn Estates subdivision, in the Town of Grand Chute.  Here are some highlights of exciting updates for this community:

• Our third home, a stunning Cottonridge model, is finished and staged! The home is awaiting  a concrete driveway and grading. This house is available for purchase.  
• We've recently begun construction on 2 new custom homes, on lots #5 and #7. These homes should be ready for their homeowners later this year.
• Another custom home is getting ready to begin on lot #18.
• We've sold a number of lots and are working with these homeowners on their future home plans.
