The Spelling Manor, located in Homby Hills, CA, is now owned by Aaron Spellings widow. They purchased this home from former entertainer Bing Crosby. This home rests on 4.6 acres of land and holds a barbershop, saloon, gym, library, bowling alley, wine cellar, gift-wrapping room (because everyone needs a room for gift wrapping), and a media room. The grounds contain extensive gardens, parking for over 100 cars, several pools, a tennis court, and a waterfall.
Cost: $125 million: 35,000 sq ft.
Modeled after the Palace of Versailles, this mansion boasts 12 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms. As an added bonus, the home has a 50-seat theater, and gold embossed leather walls. This amazing home is located in Beverly Hills, CA

The Tranquility Estate is the property of the co-owner of Tommy Hilfiger. This home is located near Lake Tahoe on 210 acres of land! The home has its own cigar room, art studio, and a gym. Another interesting feature in the home is that the staircase inside is modeled after the one shown in The Titanic.
