However, if you already have an amazing home, why not accent it with a crazy, over-the-top tree house that you can practically live in! Your kids would really appreciate a structure like these in their backyard:
Cost: $93,000
The owners had two choices for this lightning struck tree; either tear it down or build an incredible treehouse! I think they made a great decision! Their treehouse includes 2 staircases, a side deck, and a zip slide which can be include to sell my house fast Seattle!
Cost: $44,700
This fiberglass sphere was designed by Tom Chudleigh in British Columbia. He equips these treehouses with telephone wiring, power, sound, and a sink. The treehouses can be rented out nightly and are used for meditating.
Cost: $250,000
This treehouse was inspired by Indiana Jones. Not only does it look cool, it is has a fireplace, electricity, a sound system, and an Internet connection! This house is strictly for entertaining/an office, no kids allowed.
Cost: $4 to $6 million
The Duke and Duchess of Northumberland built the largest public gardens in Europe. They also built the largest treehouse which is equipped with a restaurant, a retail shop, 2 classrooms, and 2 private dining rooms.
Cost: $300,000
This German constructed treehouse incorporates a modern feel with an adventurous touch. The treehouses built by Baumraum, are each unique as they are all designed by the homeowner commissioning the project.
Cost: $38,500
This treehouse was inspired by a bait shop. This treehouse was created out of a unique type of log. Though it is rather tame compared to the other treehouses, you cannot deny it looks pretty amazing!
Cost: $18,800
This treehouse is especially different because instead of a ladder or a bridge to reach the platform, there is a basket lift that brings you up and down. This treehouse was also designed so that it has only a small negative impact on the trees supporting it, which is rare for such structures!
Cost: $1.9 million
This treehouse was created by a firm in London, England. The company is building this structure in Arizona, Australia, and Italy. This home is environmentally friendly and 8 people can comfortably live inside.
Cost: $179,995
This treehouse was yoga inspired. It is meant as an area to meditate and reflect. It took 3 years to perfect this creation! The treehouse contains comfortable couches and stained glass windows.
Cost: $152,000
This treehouse/fort is every kid’s dream! It contains a slide, a drawbridge, a hideout, and much more! Though it is not in a tree, this fort was made entirely out of wood, making it a much different area to play when compared to plastic and metal playgrounds.
Though Cypress Homes and Realty hasn’t built any treehouses, we can build some pretty awesome log homes! Check out our Facebook page and see if there are any homes that catch your eye! ‘Like’ us on Facebook or visit our webpage for more information on what could be your future home!
