The Hawthorn Model - Lot 11

In August of 2009, the Hawthorn Model was the first condo built in the Ashbury Park Condo community. The home was featured in the VHBA Parade of Homes & Condos. This condo sparked interest in the community and the response was overwhelming! Potential buyers flooded the community to check out the new designs. What made this community so unique is it was one of the first in the North Appleton to offer free-standing condos, as well as low association dues ($99/mo) which cover the landscaping maintenance and snow removal.

The Mulberry Model - Lot 2

Since Ashbury Park Condos was such a successful community, Cypress Homes chose to model another condo community after it.  The Cottages at Lake Park community in Menasha was started in August 2011.  Again, the initial model, this time a Mulberry Model, was featured in the VHBA Parade of Homes & Condos.  The Mulberry plan is the largely popular, and is currently for sale at $204,900!
