“I wanted to take a minute to let you know about our positive building experience with Cypress Homes this past year. My wife and I started our building process last summer and that is the first time we met with your company. We chose Cypress Homes to build our family home based on the all the things your company has to offer prospective clients. We took advantage of a lot of this programs while building our home. Your staff went over and above to make us feel comfortable with the building process as this was our first time building. Shannon Meyer took the time to explain each step of the process to us and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. She made herself available to us throughout the build even if it was just to connect us to the correct person to get our question answered.
When we decided to build we were nervous about trying to pick out all the finishes and make the house come together. Our fears quickly subsided when we met Taya Lund. Her eye for design is second to none. She met with us around our schedule whether it meant night meetings, early weekend stops at the office to pick up samples, or waiting through with our electrical contractor in -10 degree temperatures. Taya helped us throughout the entire process. The house came out great, with many compliments from friends and family, and we owe a lot of that to Taya.
Many others helped us out through this process and want to thank Ron and Aaron as well. But the two that we worked closest with were Shannon and Taya. These two made this process very easy while building during one of the worst winters in recent years. We still consider these two friends after our build is done. We have no doubt that if any problems arise they would be quickly handled.
