I must say first, the amount of detail and attention that they have for the customer is extraordinary! I can’t even begin to explain the small but necessary nuances that are thought of but they are there with a cypress home! We recently purchased a spec home from cypress, we bought early enough where my wife had worked with the amazing design team and made changes to the home to fit our needs and wants. Josh has always made us feel like we were the only customer he had. Chris, the project manager also has been extremely helpful! Even though the purchase is complete they are still readily available to answer any and all questions.
