This home was featured in the Brown County Home Builders Association Showcase of Homes in September 2017.  Brown County HBA advocates for the development of safe, affordable, eco-friendly, and high quality homes throughout the area. The organization hosts the Showcase of Homes, which presents new and remodeled homes from various builders throughout Brown County. 

In this Showcase Home we featured our Avalon model, offering a ranch style floorplan. With its beautiful kitchen, open-concept great room, and private home office, this plan provides plenty of space to accommodate for any family's needs. Also included in this house are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, rec room, and 3-car garage.
