This powder room from a Brookridge model shows a classic look with mosaic tile, furniture style vanity and a dark painted shiplap that is crucial to finishing off this beautiful space. 

We too were just as excited as you were when we poured the foundation to our brand new floor plan in 2020.  The Cottonridge plan was dreamed up as a collaborative effort from our staff and the favorite features our homeowners desire in todays homes, and we look forward to build this often in the years to come. 

This farmhouse kitchen in our Cottonwood plan caught the eyes of many of our followers, and we certainly weren't surprised. The gorgeous subway tile and contrasting island and countertops added a warmth and character to an already beautiful space.

This video in our Amberwood model really showcased a beautiful space with plenty of natural light.  The rustic beams and beautiful design choices made this home quite beautiful on the inside. 

Putting it kindly, our Instagram page exploded when we posted a picture of the gorgeous vanity in the master bathroom of our Cottonridge plan. The luxury bathroom with shiplap walls, hickory cabinets, quartz countertops really creates a tone of farmhouse style and charm.
