Cypress recently completed this custom-built Maple Ridge model in Grand Chute, WI. The home is filled with charming, farmhouse details that are simple, yet sure to leave an impression. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers nearly 2,100 sq. ft. of space and a 3 car garage. Make sure to take a look below to see some of our favorite parts of the home. CLassic WHite Farmhouse Kitchen
This stunning white kitchen has crisp, clean lines and includes many of the modern elements that homeowners are searching for today. Stainless steel appliances, a white apron front sink, a large center island, and shiplap accents give this kitchen that modern farmhouse feel so many people are asking for! Plenty of natural sunlight fills the space with the window over the sink and a sliding glass door with access to the outdoor patio.
Open-Concept Living room
Shiplap on the fireplace ties in with the farmhouse accents in other parts of the home. The wooden beam mantle nicely complements the rest of the medium wood tone throughout the home, including the custom wood hood in the kitchen that is made from the same wood. Again, this home has plenty of natural sunlight, especially with these large windows taking up the a majority of the back exterior wall.
First Floor features
The laundry room, powder room, lockers and catch-all are located off of the garage entry. Each of the elements chosen for these spaces work cohesively to create a beautiful and delicate atmosphere. Rounding out the first floor is a spacious home office with glass french doors on a barndoor track.
Separate sleeping area
The second floor is sectioned off from the main floor to maintain the privacy of the 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. Another full bathroom is shared by the other 3 bedrooms.
