Featured Subdivision in Oshkosh
Cypress Homes recently developed a 21 lot subdivision in the city of Oshkosh, WI right next to the 20th Avenue YMCA called Sunrise Estates. This subdivision provides a feel of seclusion with mature trees, large lots, a pond, and views of open fields. Some of the lots allow for partially exposed lower levels.
Lot sizes range from 0.36 to 0.72 acres and lot prices fall between $49,900 and $67,500. Sunrise Estates also provides concrete roads, gutters, street lights, sidewalks, and all necessary utilities (city sewer, water, gas, electric, and cable).

Sunrise Estates is located in Southwest Oshkosh near the 20th Ave YMCA, Traeger Schools, Westhaven Golf Club, and Mercy Medical Center. Other nearby amenities include The Outlet Shoppes, EAA Airventure, a shopping center (Target, Pick'n Save, Aldi, etc.), and more.
The entire the subdivision resides on a long cul du sac road with no outside traffic.
Cypress Homes in the Sunrise Estates Subdivision
Although the subdivision has been developed by Cypress Homes, lot owners can choose to build with whichever builder they prefer. That being said, every lot owner thus far has chosen to build with Cypress Homes.

Restrictive Covenants on the subdivision require all homes to be built for single-family residential purposes. These covenants ensure a certain level of quality and attractiveness throughout the neighborhood. There are specifications regarding things like home sizes, setbacks, fences, and more.
